For a service person, it is an inalienable part of his identity or may be the raison d’etre of his existence. It is a living saga of a soldier’s unwavering commitment, selfless sacrifice and unilateral patriotism. However, like everything else in life, have a finite life which shall be discarded someday.
Turning Old Defence Uniforms into Usable Products for the underprivileged. From old defence uniforms, they make products like blankets, school bags, masks, bibs, aprons, etc., to donate to the people in need, particularly children with special needs, people at old-age homes and orphanages. And any proceeds from the sale are directed to the Martyrs fund.
DSV Charitable Foundation decided to be associated with this cause through sponsoring and meeting the financial requirements for a few months.
