RO Water Purification with ATM Dispenser

Kohakadi village is in Parner Tehsil of Ahmadnagar district in Maharashtra, India. It is situated 23km away from sub-district headquarter Parner and 63km away from district headquarter Ahmadnagar

The Gram Panchayat from the village approached DSV Charitable Foundation to be part of this project in providing clean drinking water to the villages through installation of a RO Plant. Their contribution towards the allocation of land, building infrastructure and requisite approvals is noteworthy to the success of the project.

DSV Charitable Foundation understood the requirement, the need of Safe & Clean Drinking water of the villages and choose to honour the project initiative from the Gram Panchayat.

Drinking water and sanitation are fundamental rights. As a part of our efforts, we setup a RO Water Purification Plant with an ATM dispenser in Kohakadi Village, in Parner Taluka, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra. This plant ensures over 600 families of farmers living in the vicinity and factory labourers working nearby have easy access to safe water.

Just like an ATM dispenses cash when you need it, our RO ATM dispenser provides clean and safe drinking water. We plan to set up more such purification plants in other states, villages, and talukas with the successful implementation in Kohakadi village.
